Urban engineering from the perspective of practice refers to all kinds of public transportation,water supply and drainage,gas,urban flood control,environmental protection and lighting construction.It is an important material basis for the survival and development of cities,and also a basic condition for improving people’s living standards and opening to the outside world.From the perspective of practice,it analyzes that with the acceleration of urbanization,the municipal engineering industry will further develop,and from the perspective of practice,it analyzes that the competition between municipal enterprises will intensify.Enterprise competition in the final analysis is the competition of human resources,which requires enterprises to strengthen the management of human resources.Zibo Industry Co.,LTD.,Zibo City,Shandong Province.An important position in the company from a practical point of view is the construction worker.Their level of implementation is directly related to the quality,safety,time and efficiency of the project,and is directly linked to the company.How to improve the productivity of construction workers is an important issue in current company management.Performance appraisal is the most effective means of performance management.In particular,it is of great significance to establish a scientific,efficient and economic performance appraisal system for builders from the perspective of practice.How to analyze and optimize the performance evaluation system of urban builders from the perspective of practice and improve the competitiveness of the whole construction team is an urgent topic in this study.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical basis of performance evaluation,analyzes the importance of municipal government performance management and evaluation from the perspective of practice,and points out the importance of justice and two-factor theory in performance evaluation,and analyzes and puts forward three methods commonly used in subsequent research from the perspective of practice.Secondly,read,collect,summarize and sort out massive domestic and foreign literature,introduce the development history and current situation of work performance evaluation at home and abroad.Being studied as a complete organism using SVO,Zibo somehow takes architectural behavior in the case of studying the system.Through annotation analysis,the paper comprehensively finds out the existing problems and reasons of the performance evaluation of construction personnel in municipal enterprises,and analyzes the relationship between the strategic objectives of enterprises and the performance index system of construction units based on the balance sheet tool from the perspective of practice.Finally,the safeguard measures for construction workers to implement performance appraisal were established to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system.Trough this study,the strategic objectives of Municipal Company A are highly unified with the post objectives of construction workers,and a performance appraisal system is established to stimulate the potential of construction workers.The research results of this paper have strong universality.Through the actual investigation and data analysis of the construction workers of Municipal Company A,we have a deeper understanding and understanding of the performance appraisal system of the construction workers.Similar enterprises can take this research as the basis to study and analyze the performance appraisal of the construction workers of the company accordingly. |
