With the development of new urbanization,the demand for public infrastructure construction is also increasing.And government departments on the public infrastructure construction of the financial expenditure is far from meeting the current needs,seriously restricting the national economic development.But social capital is relatively abundant,idle social capital is looking for appropriate investment opportunities,clearly contrast to the private sector into the construction of public infrastructure provides a good opportunity.Public-private partnerships PPP model as a new model to participate in the construction of public infrastructure,a good solution to the above two issues.In the PPP project,the risk sharing and benefit distribution among the participants are the core of the PPP project,so the research on these two factors becomes critical.In this paper,the research of the two aspects is carried out in order to realize equitable sharing of interests and reasonable sharing of risks.In terms of risk sharing,by analyzing the research status at home and abroad,the research of the PPP project risk sharing method and the subject and object of risk sharing,based on the principle of the PPP project risk sharing,risk of PPP project to build the bargaining model,it is concluded that the risk of both public and private optimal allocation proportion.In terms of profit distribution,distribution to the benefit of project participants of incomplete information game model is established and analyzed,the distribution of interests between the two sides is obtained the optimal Nash equilibrium,and analyzes the distribution of profit and risk sharing,capital investment and the relationship between innovative costs.
