Research On Innovation Of Joint Logistics Business Model Based On Principal Participants Game

The business model innovation is a hot research topic for logistics management in the competition among enterprises changing from products and technologies to business models.The joint logistics model is a business model for logistics enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages,the behavioral strategy choice of the participants themselves and the risk sharing and income distribution among the participants are the key factors restricting the steady operation of the joint logistics business model.Taking logistics enterprises as the research object,this paper studies the behavior strategy selection,risk sharing and profit distribution of principal participants in the innovation of joint logistics business model.Based on the research results of the business model,the logistics enterprises business model and the joint logistics business model,a conceptual model of joint logistics business model is constructed by adopting the literature research method of normative research,and the concepts of joint logistics benefits and cooperative risks and the cooperative risk structure are defined.In this paper,the risk evaluation index system of joint logistics business model cooperation is established by screening the risk influencing factors of joint logistics cooperation,which takes moral hazard,management risk,operation risk and credit risk as the first-level indicators.Then this paper uses the game analysis method to construct the tripartite game model of the joint logistics principal participants,analyzes the influencing factors of the behavior strategy selection of the principal participants,and uses the entropy weight correction Shapley value method combined with the joint logistics cooperation risk evaluation system to examine the risk sharing among the principal participants.Based on the one-stage static game,the strategy selection and the corresponding revenue combination among the principal participants of joint logistics under complete information are given,and the dynamic reputation game model under multi-stage incomplete information is constructed to analyze the revenue distribution among the principal participants.Finally,the empirical research is adopted to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model,and the innovation path of joint logistics business model is proposed from three aspects: behavioral strategy selection constraints,income distribution and risk sharing.
