Manufacturing is the embodiment of national hard power and an important component of the real economy,but the development situation has been slightly depressed in recent years.On May 8,2015,premier li keqiang formally signed the "made in China 2025" national development strategy.For enterprises,it is not enough to rely on science and technology when facing a complex technical transformation project,and the modernization project management must be implemented.For renovation project,the comprehensive progress management can make the technical scheme of practical stronger and project cycle node more clear,the process regulation error correction in a timely manner,you will be able to timely completion of the project.Based on the in-depth research of literature and practice a lot of documentary,with five hundred manufacturing of F company as the background analysis of the comprehensive productivity improvement projects,and implementation of schedule management,the main work is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of past projects of IE case,summed up the project summary and often arise in the implementation process such as delay,confuse resources,improper arrangement,difficult to control the deviation problem to affect the progress of the project.(2)The management and control of concrete: first by using the method of work breakdown structure WBS,solve the difficult problem of the overall duration of the control and operation of the complex,making the project detailed,concise and easy to control;and then the establishment of schedule management team,solve the execution is not enough,the division of responsibilities is not clear the problem,make a clear division of labor responsibility clear,the implementation of efficient preparation method;using the critical path method and the analogy evaluation schedule,solve the resource and improper arrangement work confu se the issue,make reasonable resource scheduling,the key route around the work effect;finally using S method to solve the deviation curve,difficult to control,the problem of insufficient warning the tracking,inspection,control and powerful.Through effective progress management measures,the progress of each stage and the completion of the period of control and management.(3)The use of project management software Omniplan on the implementation of the management of the integrated project will be established,combing,decomposition,as well as personnel,resources,milestones,etc..This thesis focuses on the actual work experience,the project implementation process of the progress management.This is a good reference for the implementation of similar projects in the industry management.
