Study On Program Schedule Plan And Control Of FA Seat Corporation

The program timing management will be studied based on YET automotive seat program launching in FA’s company. Firstly the process of YET program was analyzed by the related theory of project timing management and tools based on FA global program management process and TS16949/SVW auto development process. Second Timing plan will under control with optimizing the timing of program when developed. At last, suggestion will provided for other automotive part company. Firstly, the paper introduces the background, theoretic, tools and method about lots of literatures related to project schedule management. And which is foundation of this research. Second it describes background and summary which include the development and current situation of FA’s corporation, the management structure of project, the technology process of YET program and so on. Finally, according to the theory and methods of program management process, it defines and analysis activity definition, estimate lead time of activity, schedule arrangement, schedule monitor and control of YET program. Based on analysis results, the root cause which impact YET program schedule can be gotten. And I recommend some actions to shoot these issues in this paper.I also expect the improvement idea is benefit or reference for other program or domestic auto parts enterprises, especially for other car seat enterprise.
