Research On Schedule Plan And Control On The Demolition Project Of The Special Steel Production Line Relocation

Shougang is located in the Beijing,along with the development of modern,the residents of Beijing need a better quality of life,the adjustment of industrial structure and the requirement of expand the scale of production,in 2005,the national development and Reform Commission officially approved the relocation of Shougang project in Tangshan,Hebei Caofeidian construction of a new industrial base--Shougang Jingtang company.Cold rolled galvanized sheet plant of Shougang Special steel production line for Shougang Corporation affiliated production plant,according to transfer of Shougang production base,following the corporation's instructions to move,the production line from Beijing moved to Shijingshan District,Shougang Jingtang company.Repair the original production line equipment,assembly and improved after the transfer to Jingtang in new factory for installation and debugging,to ensure the production line run stablity.Project management is a new theory of management science which combine management theory and modernization project technology.In order to ensure the completion of the projects implemented smoothly,all pay attention to the application of project management,the project management development rapid.In addition,project management theory provide a theoretical tool for all kinds of project management,make the project more systematization and scientific.It has become an effective way of improve the economic benefit of the project and ensure the successful completion of the project on time.Project schedule plan and control throughout the whole process of project management,has great influence on the success of the project.In this paper,the related knowledge of project management as the basis,to the demolition project of Shougang cold-rolled galvanized sheet factory special steel production line relocation process as an example,applicate the principle,process and method of project schedule planning and control of the demolition project.This paper introduced the project preparatory work firstly,through the establishment of a reasonable and effective project organization structure,clear the main content of responsibility and coordination management of each position.Discuss in detail the WBS work breakdown structure,the concrete content and schedule schedule control secondly.According to the project schedule key links which is existed in the process are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures,in order to keep the project successfully completed on time.
