Baosteel forging and steel-rolling system have more than 100 industrial furnaces of different sizes.The energy consumption of these furnaces accounts for about 50%of the whole energy cost.In order to implement the "environmental management" concept,to exploit the potential of energy conservation and pollution reduction,increase the market competitive power of the baosteel products,and to orderly promote the execution of furnace energy conservation program,Baosteel has carried out the plan of furnace modification in recent years.The main modification includes the application of efficient heat-exchanger facilities and combustion technology,the optimization of furnace type,the utilization of new heat preservation materials,and the recycling of afterheat.The energy saving transformation of the annular furnace in Baosteel steel tube plant is important part of the whole furnaces reconstruction planning in Baosteel,and it also is the hardest online reconstruction project on schedule control management.lt needs to complete Using limited times of year fixs,Cycle is short,is more difficultly,so project schedule control management of project management is of vital importance.The deviation of project schedule control,it will directly affect the project quality management and cost management,even directly affect baosteel realization of energy saving and emission reduction plan.Therefore,The project schedule management research on the energy saving transformation of the annular furnace in Baosteel steel tube plantbaosteel for the whole project research goal the realization,to have the important meaning.Based on the organizational structure of Baosteel Tube Plant and the data of annular heating furnace,this paper is a schedule management research on the construction schedule of annular furnace modification project in Baosteel Tube Plant.According to relevant theories and methodology of schedule management,the research is approached from empirical analysis.Meanwhile it is associated with the actual management requirement of the energy conservation program and the characteristics of the furnace modification project.The thesis consists of six chapters.The first two chapters expound the research background and practical implication of the thesis,presenting the research content and approach.In addition,they also encompass the general explanation of the related theories and methodology of project schedule management as well as its basic concepts and significance.The following three chapters is the elaboration of the background of the annular furnace energy conservation project in Baosteel Tube Plant,including its general situation,schedules and the schedule control.The final chapter overviews the conclusion of the paper and puts forward in-depth research conclusion of research.The research of this thesis contributes to the successful realization of the annular furnace energy conservation project as planned.Furthermore,it provides the proposal for the schedule management of the energy conservation project that suits the status quo of Baosteel furnaces.In addition,it supplies the foundation of decision-making and management for executives and managers at different levels.Through the implementation of the annular furnace energy conservation program of the tube plant,it provides the theoretical foundation and practical basis for the systematic planning and application of the management mode of furnace conservation program in Baosteel.
