A City's Food And Drug Law Enforcement Cost Project Management Research

At present,there is a certain cost waste in food and drug supervision and law enforcement.In order to make effective use of resources,this paper discusses the use of project management methods to control the cost of food and drug supervision and law enforcement.In this paper the application of project management method based on work breakdown structure of the food and drug supervision and law enforcement work,using the critical path method CPM time management method,the time and cost of food and drug supervision law enforcement inspection,food and drug business license,food and drug investigation and analysis of the sub project.Then in a period of natural law enforcement behavior as a model,used to carry out analysis on consumption of time and cost of law enforcement,the food and drug regulatory enforcement costs are classified into current cost and recessive cost two categories,and in-depth study of the food and drug regulatory enforcement inputs and benefits,stripping out the points of cost to the waste of food and drug in the supervision of law enforcement.In this paper,but also from the perspective of project management analysis of the root causes of the existing food and drug supervision and law enforcement agencies in the management mode,work efficiency and performance evaluation of the cost of waste,and the actual operation based on the proposed method from the current supervision and law enforcement agencies,the formation of a reasonable form correct supervision concept the use of project management plan and cost control,regulation and supervision and law enforcement,improve work efficiency,create excellent ecological environment within the organization to improve the utilization rate and reduce cost of food and drug regulatory enforcement cost proposal.
