Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Local Tax Talent

A proper talent incentive mechanism has a significant impact on the tax authorities to fully fulfill the functions of tax administration,ensure the accurate implementation of tax policies,promote the development of taxation and realize the modernization of tax administration.Both the construction and development of taxation is inseparable from a high-quality contingent of cadres and the team construction of talents.Based on the development needs of local taxation,we should focus on innovation,rely on management,actively improve and perfect the incentive mechanism,enhance the overall quality of tax staff,improve the service and efficiency of tax authorities,and finally provide strong intellectual support for the economic and social development of Suzhou Industrial Park.This paper takes the local tax of Suzhou Industrial Park as the research object in the tax incentive mechanism of the tax authorities to understand the current situation and existing problems of the current incentive mechanism.Then we analyzed the reasons and the causes of the problems,and put forward feasible coping strategies and solutions,which will provide both theoretical basis and recommendations for improving the incentive mechanism of talents for the tax authorities.
