As the globalization and information of the international economy develop, the economic meaning of developing the logistics industry is more and more obvious. Under this environment, the key to winning in the competition and getting the competitive advantage for our logistic enterprise is human capital development and management. And the logistics management talent is to guarantee the key link of developing rapidly of logistics enterprise and logistics industry. But it is the short of that restricts the development of our logistics enterprise and logistics industry. With the opening up of our logistics industry and foreign logistics enterprises enter our market, the competition of contesting logistics management talent make the brain drain of domestic enterprises much worse. How to properly motivate and retain logistics management talent becomes an urgent problem need to be resolved.Based on the theories, such as the theory of incentives, the theory of demand and so on, this paper analyses the demand of the logistics management talent, and then lists 16 incentive factors of them. Further, this paper selects a few logistics enterprises of Tianjin Binhai New Area as survey objects, and find out the importance of every factors through questionnaire. Then this paper determines the incentive view points of logistics management talent as follows: growth motivation, reward motivation, environmental motivation, achievement motivation and reputation motivation.After determining the incentive view points, this paper design the incentive mechanism separately from the perspectives of the pay and benefits, individual development and psychological development. All these are in the principle of improving employee satisfaction, improving business performance and enhancing organization attraction. This paper designs the pay model and share ownership encouragement model in aspect of the pay and benefits, the incentive mechanism from the perspectives of training and achievement motivation in aspect of individual development, and the system of Culture and environmental motivation in aspect of psychological development.Finally, this paper selects the corresponding indicators from the perspectives of employee satisfaction, business performance and organization attraction, designs the evaluation system of incentive mechanism, and takes a logistics enterprise of Tianjin for example to specify the process and methods of the evaluation.
