The 21 st century is a century of talents.Human resources have gradually become the most important part of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.How to effectively enhance the effectiveness of their own human resources has become the focus of human resources management in enterprises at this stage.The construction of talent incentive mechanism is the most important.In view of this,this article chooses J Construction Company as the research object takes the talent incentive mechanism of the construction enterprise as the research direction,adopts the literature research method,the demonstration research method and the questionnaire survey method.On the basis of summarizing the related fields of talent incentive mechanism in construction enterprises,this paper discusses the human resources of construction companies by means of questionnaire.From the two parts of salary system and performance appraisal,this paper makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of the talent incentive mechanism of J construction company,and analyzes the problems and causes of the current incentive mechanism of J construction company.Finally,according to the investigation and analysis of the problems,J construction company to improve the talent incentive mechanism to be studied,the research results.At the present stage of J Construction Company,there are some problems in this enterprise,such as poor incentive effect,insufficient performance function of performance appraisal,insufficient training and promotion incentive,and so on.The reason is that the orientation of incentive goal is unreasonable.The performance appraisal mechanism is not perfect;the incentive means is single several aspects.Under the principles of organic combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive,long-term incentive and short-term incentive,differential incentive principle and fair and equitable principle,the material and spiritual incentives can be reconstructed through the performance appraisal system.Implement differentiation incentive,pay attention to enterprise humanization and institutionalize cultural construction,etc.The body talented person stimulates the effect.
