In recent years,with the development of the Internet,the tide of e-commerce on the traditional offline business constantly impact.Alibaba also started to enter the hypermarket around 2015,which also caused panic in the hypermarket.Internet e-commerce companies such as Taobao,Jd.com,tmall,Hema Xiansheng,and Meituan shopping group,10-gathering group,food sharing session,ele.me shopping,Dingdong shopping,etc.,which emerged during the epidemic last year,have been pushing the issue,make People’s consumption from the offline store to the online e-commerce platform,the direct impact is to bring about the decline of the entity business sales.As the top manager and direct operator of the store,the store manager is responsible for the store image,performance indicators and the management of the store.With the impact of e-commerce on offline merchants,the general knowledge and personal ability of the store manager put forward new requirements,in order to train more excellent store successors,must establish an effective store manager training system.This paper takes the store managers of ZB company as the object of discussion and analysis.Through the analysis of the current training activities of store managers,this paper finds out the problems in the management ability of store managers,starts with the ability and quality model,optimizes the training scheme,introduces new methods,new tools and new ideas,and forms the innovation of training mode.At the same time,after the end of the training,not only the effectiveness of training is analyzed,but also the performance is combined with the training effect,and the traditional offline training is changed through the latest mode of "Internet plus" training.Based on the principles of novelty,practicality and effectiveness,the ZB training system is redesigned on the basis of optimization and innovation of the training management system.At the same time,considering the compatibility of the original training management system of ZB company,a professional and systematic training system for the store manager training system is carried out.The new training system not only considers the effectiveness of the training effect,but also makes some exploration and attempt on the performance transformation of the training effect.It is expected to comprehensively improve the management ability of store managers,so as to meet the needs of new technology environment and new market environment,and finally complete the unique development of the company and store managers. |
