In the new period,the development of China's economy is changing rapidly,which indicates that China has entered the era of automobile".The huge market demand,prompting the automotive industry to enter the golden period of development,the demand for employees has also increased significantly.The automotive industry is a very large industrial chain,composed of several links,each link needs a lot of professional counterparts.However,for dealers or enterprises,if the ultimate value,we must do a good job of car sales staff recruitment,training,use and long-term labor contract relationship.China agricultural machinery North Group Co.Ltd.is the first sales of agricultural machinery vehicles,but with the changing market situation,the sales of low-end cars,but car sales in each 4S shop,there is lack of talents,the training system is not perfect,the personnel structure unreasonable problems.These have become the bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises and the whole industry.In order to explore the problems facing enterprise development,enterprise personnel specialized organizations,using a variety of forms,to conduct research work of the front-line staff,through research found that many front-line employees and are considered first-line manager development of enterprises do not pay attention to the soft power development,lack of stamina,no talent reserve plan,wrong or shortage of professional talents the quality of training,and uneven in quality measures lag,incentive method is simple etc..In order to solve the above problems,the author takes the group as the research object,and makes a survey on the problems existing in the human resource management of the automobile line by the way of comparative analysis,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the investigation.In this paper,the author summarizes the development status of the human resource management of the group's sales staff,discusses the management of the status quo,such as salary,recruitment,training,analysis of the main problems,including the lack of talents,single means of encouragement,mobility etc..In order to solve these problems,the author introduces the compensation theory and the theory of training and other aspects of the theory,put forward the way to solve many problems for the group mainly include: the establishment of a reasonable performance evaluation system;to improve the compensation system;to perfect the training system and training system;the construction of employee evaluation platform.Science has proved that as long as the enterprises establish human resource management system,to create a good economic environment and a harmonious working atmosphere for the development of enterprises,improve the staff's sense of belonging and sense of honor,to prevent the loss of staff.
