Agricultural enterprises are advanced organization in promoting agricultural development.Development of agricultural enterprises has a unique role in the promotion of urbanization and thetransfer of rural surplus labor force, and also the increase of the peasants’ income. Due to the lowthreshold for market access of agricultural products, the product differentiation is not so obvious,and the competition in the market is fierce, lead to the development of agricultural enterprises inChina generally lagging behind foreign agricultural enterprises and other industries enterprises.Development of agricultural enterprises in China needs strong State support. In the developmentof agricultural enterprises, human resources management plays a decisive role. With thedevelopment of economy, competition among enterprises finally become the completion of humanresource, socio-economic development which is dependent on strategic focus has shifted to thehuman resources, if agricultural enterprises want to become bigger and stronger and provide amore competitive series of production, must rely on reasonable structure and relatively highcontent of technology human resource system, then they can achieve the output of high qualityand difference production. So pros and cons of human resources management will directly affectthe agricultural enterprise management and development.H Group is a joint-stock private enterprise dominated by beef slaughtering industry, and it isa national agricultural industrialization key leading enterprise. Even H Group has achieved goodperformance in the industry scale within the industry, the brand effects, the export, the developingpotential and social benefits, H Group’s issues in the area of human resources management is stilloutstanding.This article is based on the agricultural enterprises and related research of human resourcesmanagement at home and abroad, from the start with the features of agricultural enterprises inChina and the characteristics of agriculture enterprise human resource management, analysis theimportance of agricultural enterprises in the process of agricultural modernization in China,pointed out that human resources management in agricultural enterprises in the development. Thispaper firstly reviewed H Group’s development and environment since its inception in1998, thenmade general analysis of changes in market and technology trends at home and abroad. Then usingthe empirical method analyzed the quality and structure of H Group’s human resource and gave adetailed introduction of recruitment, training, remuneration and evaluation, employee benefitsadministration, duties and carding, file system management, then gave a brief summary of theGroup’s characteristic mode of human resource management.After a full understanding of the mode and system of the H Group’s human resource,combined theoretical basis of agricultural enterprises and human resource-related knowledge, made a specific diagnosis in the area of human resources management in H Group: Firm size andchanges in the organization structure brought unstable factors, the concept of human resourcesmanagement is lagging behind, the general quality of labor force is low, the current supplysituation in the labor market could not meet the H Group’s gradual growing demand, the humanresources incentive system is not perfect, hard to attract a high level of technical and managementtalent, did not pay attention to the tremendous potential external human resources.For the above problems, under the framework of human resources management module, thisarticle introduced the following measures: change the concept of human resources management,establish a modern human resources management system, perfect the incentive mechanism, focuson employee’ work satisfaction degree, actively develop the external human resources, cultivateenterprise culture and so on. This research has a certain degree of enlightenment and guidance tothe human resources management practices in agricultural enterprises of the same kind.
