Agricultural Machinery Market Promotion Countermeasures In China

By 2015,a document from the National Central Government issued the "on the increase in the intensity of reform and innovation to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization in a number of opinions",these can be seen in our country attaches great importance to the development of agricultural machinery,can also be seen in agricultural machinery in agricultural development in China has a pivotal role,but also to meet a 45 planning fully completed in 2020 the national development strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper,Dongyuan County,Heyuan city agriculture machinery promotion as an example to the problems existing in rural agricultural machinery and countermeasures were studied.This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of agricultural machinery extension which can promote the application of machinery in agriculture,so as to improve the agriculture level.Foreign scholars carried out studies on the extension of agricultural machinery,which plays a guide role for China;the relevant domestic researches provide basic theories for Chinese agricultural extension,and with an unique practical significance.At the same time,this paper applies the case analysis method and literature analysis method to study and analyze the agricultural machinery extension of Dongyuan county.In addition,China lacks of agricultural machinery extension on poverty areas,so this study can make complement for it.The second chapter introduces related concepts of agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery extension,and its related theories,including agricultural extension theory,public management theory and agricultural extension communication theory,which provide theoretical basis for the study of agricultural machinery extension in Dongyuan County.The third chapter introduces the actions of agricultural mechanization in developed countries,which provides experience for China to promote the use of agricultural machinery in countrysides.In the fourth chapter,it analyzes the current developing,geographical,human resources,service,science and technology situation of the extension of agricultural machinery in Dongyuan County.In this part,it also shows the problem that exists in this county and analyzes the reasons.Chapter five,it gives the suggestion of improving agricultural mechanization rules and regulations,formulating agricultural mechanization policies,establishing agricultural machinery operating organizations.At the same time,it provides some suggestion for the development of Dongyuan County,mainly including further improving the agricultural machinery subsidy mechanism,developing rural specialized agricultural machinery,improving the rural agricultural service security system and carrying out the extension training of agricultural machinery.The last chapter makes a summary on this paper,and put forward some shortcomings of this article,as well as future plans.
