The existence of small and medium-sized private enterprises,provides people with a variety of products,intensified market competition,bring plenty of energy for the economic development of China,but also effectively provides more jobs,alleviate the employment pressure in China.However,small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of establishment,there is a family management mode,administrative authority is too concentrated,problems such as backward management method,on the human resource management system,there is a lack of correct recognition of human resource management,lack of capital investment,human resources also does not have to establish the perfect human resource management system,etc.,these have become the bottleneck of restricting the further development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,directly affect the enterprise benefit.In this paper,on the basis of practice,the XY private enterprise human resources present situation from institutional setup and personnel recruitment,management system,capital investment,employee performance appraisal,such as Angle analysis,points out its existing in human resource management,such as insufficient cognition and human resource capital investment of human resources,lack of human resource management system,and points out the reasons of the existence of these problems,and,in turn,according to company’s actual situation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to expect for small and medium-sized private enterprises to adapt to the socialist market economy development to provide the effective reference.
