This article discourses upon the underpining of human resource management of private enterprises' developing strategies. Chinese private enterprises have not a long development history, but do have experienced many difficulties. Till today, they are still facing a lot of difficult situations.Private enterprises welcome their spring of development with the gradual establishment of the status of nonpublic-owned economy. Private enterprises still face a lot of fierce challenges, especially in the management of the human resource, though they are in the era full of chances. Many scholars are studying how private enterprises choose their suitable developing strategies. This paper bases on the most competitive one among many factors which influence enterprise development.On the general view of private enterprises' development from the initial stage to now, we have progressively recognized the importance of strategic human resource management and accumulated many valuable administrative experiences.In this article, on the basis of expressing the context and confunctions of HRM, and through the analysis of the human resource management of selfish-enterprise which can draw a conclusion that the Characteristic Management is suitable. Another hand, the writer will pay more attention on motivating employee and shoe how to improve the system of using,training and retaining good employees. |
