Current chinese private enterprise has got fast development and made a great contribution to improve our people’s living standard during chinese economic development. as with the accelerated process of global economic integration and chinese accesion to the WTO, our private enterprise has to overcome difficulties from original start to the "second pioneering", there are still a long way to go in order to establish a modern management system and to win a competitive advantage for private enterprise. From current situation in our private enterprise, the major problem is the poor human resource management, it has seriously hampered the further development of our private enterprise. Therefore, the urgent current problem should be solved is how to strengthen and improve private enterprise human resource management. there is a great important realistic and direct meaning to analyze and explore human resource management in private enterprise now.In this article I have analyzed and strateyged the importance of private enterprise human resource management and problems about chinese private enterprise, and have made measures to promote the quality of private enterprisenurs and their power restriction and enterprise enhancement aspect.
