Private enterprises has made tremendous contributions to China's economic development and social stability. With the deepening of the market-oriented economy, it will play a more active role in the national economy. However, many shortcomings lie in human resources management of China's private enterprises. It lacks strategic thinking, inferior in the human resources system as well as the actual operation. Thus, private enterprises must construct HR management system and improve HR management competition continuously. Only by so doing, can the core competitiveness of the private enterprise be nurtured.This paper firstly define the HR strategic management, and then explain the three most fundamental corporate strategies, which leads to human resources strategy. It goes on to discuss the theory mode and management process of HR strategies. Papers also analyzed the development history the present situation of China's private enterprises. First the paper conduct a special review on the development of private enterprises, and then discuss weak point in HR management and also to strengthen the basic idea of HR management in the new situation. Moreover, the author use related theory to analyze in details the HR management of private enterprises, which being the focus of this paper. The paper tells internal conditions and external environment of the strategic management of human resources in private enterprises, the choice of several human resources strategy to be elected. It discusses the human resources strategy of private enterprises in the formulation, implementation, and control process. At the end of the paper, the author use G Company as a typical case and give in-depth analysis of the whole process in HR strategic management of this company to demonstrate the basic viewpoint.Data in this paper come from two resources: First, the relevant statistical information from the National Bureau of Statistics. As a strong empirical research papers, the credibility of the data is essential to the reliability of the conclusion of the study. In terms of statistics on the top-down network, statistical methods, statistical experience, statistical methods, such as the "hardware" and "software", the National Bureau is the most superior in this country. Besides, the credibility of the macroeconomic statistics from the Bureau is most authoritative. Second, related books and papers. The authors are mostly famous experts and scholars engaging in long-term researches related to the HR management of the private enterprises .The data they use come from all kinds of Statistical Yearbook, large amount of survey samples from research institutes or individuals. Since all these data are authoritative, so are they quoted.
