With the deepening of China’s market economy, and increasingly fierce changeable competition among enterprises, as the most dynamic, the most promising and most profitable strategic resource, human resources become the dominant factor for their competition and development; meanwhile, with the development of enterprises, the internal management becomes increasingly complex, companies are gradually having more considerations on the selection of employees, employees with capabilities increasingly have higher requirements relatively, therefore the human resources management plays a key role in business management.This paper begins with a brief description of the purpose of the study and review of private enterprise human resource management theory, then take S Group as a practical research object of human resource management analysis,propose solutions to improve human resources management system under S Group’s actual situation, and finally describes the results and inspiration ofthis study. To occupy a place of seats in the competitive market, private companies must pay attention to the implementation of human resource management, and improve human resource management system. As a private enterprise, S Group is a large steel company in China, and has been listed in the world top 500 enterprises of the "Fortune" magazine for several years.The pace of development and the overall size is very worthy of attention.Same as many other private enterprises, it has experienced development process with hardship, while showing a good momentum of rapid development, and playing an important role in promoting the national economy. However, under the situation of facing of the continued expansion of the Group S development, the development requirements of the Group, as well as access to resources and markets are facing fierce competition. The competition among enterprises is the competition in the technology level and scientific management system, rather than the product competition, and excellent human resources management can create competitive advantage for the enterprise. Whether the human resources management system of S Group is also suitable for the Group’s overall strategic objectives and long-term development, is worthy for us to explore,this thesis can provide pipe meager help and inspiration to the study of China’s private enterprises human resources management.
