With the advancement of urbanization,property management,through 30 years development,has entered China market with sophistication.Due to a late start,property management has witnessed some problems which need to be dealt with by laws and regulations as to further a sound and smooth development,to build a mature market,to establish property management brands and to improve Chinese strength in this field.Under the condition of economic globalization,we have seen problems in domestic property management enterprises,such as biding document making,signing up the contract and inconsistence of service and price.Thus,to introduce marketing theories into property management and to build a set of effective strategies would be more than important to domestic property management enterprises.This article,taking example from CR Land Management(Wuxi Branch),deeply analyzes the marketing strategies of public prosecution service in property management by documentary method,data collection method and SWOT.By a profound discuss of its business condition and problem along with its development history in Wuxi,this article tries to figure out its advantages,disadvantages,threads and opportunities and with the results of this study to offer and perfect the design of its marketing solution from the perspectives of 7PS theories,product strategy,price strategy and employee strategy.To ensure the implement and guarantee of its marketing strategy,this article analyzes the enterprise structure,employee training,customer satisfaction and creative management.
