In the era of knowledge economy,talent is the key to winning.For an enterprise,human resources will be the most important resources,but also a significant factor for the enterprise to achieve rapid development and progress.In recent years,the development of the real estate industry is booming,and the demand for talents is also growing.However,while the demand for talents is rising,many enterprises do not attach enough importance to the core staff of the company,neglecting the training and management of personnel within the company,resulting in the loss of core staff,work efficiency and other negative effects.Starting from the current incentive situation of Z Real Estate Company's core staff,this paper expounds the definition of Z Real Estate Company's core staff,and applies the theoretical basis of achievement motivation theory,two-factor theory,,ERG theory,comprehensive compensation system and so on,combining with the actual situation of the company.The current situation of core staff incentive mechanism is studied,and the existing problems of core staff incentive mechanism are analyzed,including unreasonable salary structure,imperfect staff training mechanism,weak cultural incentive effect,reputation incentive,Personal development obstacles,absence of democratic management system and so on.At the same time,combined with the theoretical research and the actual investigation of the enterprise,the paper summarizes the internal and external deep-sbusiness eated causes of the problems,and improves the salary,welfare treatment system,partners,profits,training system,enterprise culture construction,career planning,democratic management as the breakthrough point to improve the effects of incentives for core staff.In order to ensure that some of the measures proposed in this paper can really play a practical role,the paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures,respectively,to provide a correct and clear awareness of the protection,a complete system of security,a scientific and fair assessment of security,sufficient and stable financial support and a smooth and harmonious gap.
