Along with the development of our country's economy,as well as the improvement of people's living standard,people demand for airbus is growing.The development of the airbus industry not only provide convenience for people's life,also made due contribution to the national economy.However,as with many other industries,airbus industry also facing the fierce market competition.On the one hand is the rapid development of the railway and aviation industry,which crowd the road traffic market,and also affect the demand for airbus,especially the speed of up to three hundred km per hour HSR,break the original pattern of iron,land,empty,compared to the speed,the bus lost the advantage obviously.On the other hand,the bus industry internal competitive is fiercely,the market tends to saturation,the phenomenon of product homogeneity is prominent and foreign brands in the product,price,service and other aspects of the depth of competition,meanwhile the depth of competition being the domestic and foreign brands between the product,price,service and other aspects.After years of development,YT bus has become the annual output of more than twenty thousand bus passenger car industry of the country's leader from only 700 passenger cars among small factories.Nowadays,face to the rising passenger demand and the fierce market competition,how to maintain industry leading position and strive to breakthrough development,this is YT bus must be thought-provoking question.On the basis of elaborating the theory and model of competitive strategy,this paper analyzed the macro environment of YT bus by PEST analysis,and the industry environment of YT bus by the analysis of Porter's five forces,through this introducing the basic situation of YT bus details,and then analyzed internal resources and capacity from the human resources,organizational resources,brandresources and technology research,development,marketing,financing capacity and other aspects,which determined the YT bus strategic objectives;then analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of YT passenger car by SWOT matrix analysis;the competitive strategy and feasibility analysis are carried out,the competitive strategy determined for the development of YT bus company,and the strategy and guarantee measures of competition strategy are put forward.Through the study of YT bus competition strategy,provides a guideline for development of YT bus company,and also provides some reference for the development of passenger car industry.
