| University laboratory is an important place for college students to combine theoretical knowledge with practice.Its construction is the requirement of national education modernization and the necessity of the development of basic technical means of higher education.With the advent of "Internet +" era,the original hardware and software facilities in colleges and universities are constantly upgraded,which not only provides opportunities for the manufacturers of teaching equipment in colleges and universities,but also brings new challenges to enterprises.If an enterprise wants to maintain its advantages in the increasingly fierce market competition,it must have core competitiveness and choose appropriate competitive strategies.At the same time,it also needs to constantly improve the level of operation and risk management,and finally achieve stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.This thesis studies the basic theory of strategic management of business division through literature,and uses Porter’s five Forces model to analyze the industry competition status of enterprises.Through the data analysis of the operation of the high school instrument business department of COMPANY A,the current problems facing the business department are explained.Using quantitative analysis method,using external factor analysis(EFE)matrix,internal factor evaluation(IEF)matrix,establish QSPM quantitative strategic plan matrix,through the weight of important personnel in the business division,calculate the total weighted score to achieve the competitive strategy score calculation,and at last determine the final implementation of the enterprise competitive strategy..The research results show that although the business division is in the leading position in the industry,it cannot be denied that after the current enterprise implements the diversification strategy,there is some difficulty in cost control,and the product price is too high,which affects the competitiveness of the business division.Through the QSPM competitive strategy matrix analysis,differentiation strategy scored the highest,indicating that the division can mainly implement product differentiation strategy in the later stage.By optimizing product performance,improving product testing accuracy,realizing product modularization collocation,thus increasing the range of product use,meeting the needs of different consumers,entering new market segments first,establishing entry barriers through the above means,realizing competitive advantages.Finally,the thesis analyzes the possible risks in the implementation of competitive strategy from the following aspects: economic and environmental risks,market competition,business development,business pricing,financial management,technological update,human resources,Internet + sales model,after-sales service,and diversified implementation.It shows that there are still many risk factors that can not be ignored in the implementation of competitive strategy of A company’s higher education instrument Business division,and puts forward corresponding risk avoidance countermeasures for these risk factors.The research results provide a strategic development direction for the higher education instrument Business Division of A Company in a severe competition situation,and also provide reference for the development of instrument manufacturing enterprises in colleges and universities in China. |
