The emergence of new information technologies and the application mode,the global data shows explosive growth.The "big data" era is coming.Big Data hidden huge Economic value and Social value,Big Data caused by the huge economic and social change allows more and more enterprises aware of the importance and necessity of developing Big Data.Based on this,enterprises have to carry out big data investment,According to a recent global survey of 720 firms,64%of organizations have already invested in or have plans to make investments in big data,big data have to become the next profit growth point.In recent years,China as one of the most active areas of e-commerce and mobile e-commerce development,produce vast amounts of data,How to implement business value by big data application became Chinese enterprises facing difficult problem.Recently industry research also suggests that,Most of the enterprises still no application of big data in practice,Many enterprises have no idea on how to use big data.Then,the study of China enterprise apply big data to create business value path become a key problem.According to the existing literature,scholars discuss this Issue from different presectives,Foreign scholars mainly based on the RBV and DC to lift big data into big data capability level to research,but there is little empirical study of China's situation research.At the same time,there is short of research based on organizational learning perspective study on the mechanism of the big data capability.Consequently,this paper reference existing literature at home and abroad,combine with the reality background of the China's Enterprises,Based on the RBV,Sociomaterialism theory and DC theory,discussing the formation path of Chinese enterprises in big data capability,and research on between and among Big Data Capability(Big Data resources,the using ability of Big Data resources),Organizational Learning(Exploratory Learning,Using Learning),Enterprise Performance(Financial Performance,Market Performance)influence relationship and Mechanism of affect.Specific about several problems are put forward:(1)How to measure dimension of big data capability?(2)What is the influence of big data capability on Enterprise Performance?(3)What is the influence of big data capability on Organizational Learning?(4)What role Organizational Learning play between Big data capability and Enterprise Performance?In order to answer the four questions,this paper take 254 Enterprise Groups as research objects,and obtains survey data through questionnaire.then,we use SPSS to check the conceptual model and the hypotheses,the empirical result show as following:(1)Big Data Capability consist of Big Data Resources,the use of big data resources demensions.(2)big data capability(Big Data resources,the using ability of Big Data resources)has a significant positive effect on Enterprise Performance(Financial Performance,Market Performance).(3)Big Data Capability has a significant positive effect on Organizational Learning,In particular,the using ability of Big Data resources has a significant positive effect on Organizational Learning(Exploratory Learning,Using Learning),there is no significant relationship between Big Data resources and Organizational Learning(Exploratory Learning,Using Learning).(4)Organizational learning play a significant partial mediating effect on the relationship between Big Data Capability and Enterprise Performance,In particular,Exploratory Learning play a significant partial mediating effect on the relationship between the using ability of Big Data resources and Enterprise Performance,Using Learning does not play mediation role.The innovations and contributions of the results are the following two aspects(1)under the context of Chinese enterprise,through the empirical research to explore enterprise big data capability cultivation path,enriches and expands the research big data in management field,and provides a theoretical reference in further studying the relationship among big data capability and related corporate resulting variables(such as Business Model Innovation,Innovation).(2)This paper base on DC theory discovery the relationship between Big Data Capability,Organizational Learning and Enterprise Performance,through check organization learning play a significant partial mediating effect on the relationship between big data capability and Enterprise Performance,In a sense,Open the black box between big data capability and Enterprise Performance,enrich the big data capability mechanism research.In addition,the conclusions of this paper have some reference and guidance for managerial practices and government policy-making.Finally,the paper also points out the short of the study and the future research directions.
