Firms should promote strategic change continuously in order to match with environment and gain sustainable competitive advantages in the dynamic competitive environment.As important bases of strategic change, organizational learning and dynamic capabilities play important part in the successful implementation of strategic change. However, academia pays more attention to the relationships between every two of them, very few studies which refer to the inherent mechanism of the three are mostly standardized qualitative research, lacking of data analysis and empirical test, can not reveal their interaction effectively. Therefore, this paper integrates organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and strategic change into an integrated model, analyzing their internal mechanism through empirical study.Research methods which used in this paper include literature research, surveys and model analysis. Through literature review, this paper clarifies the relationships between organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and strategic change and forms the research ideas; then combines research purposes, constructs the conceptual model which can describe their relationships and proposes corresponding hypotheses; then modifies the questionnaire and conducts large sample survey on the basis of pre-survery; conducts reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model test on data obtained from large sample survey through software such as SPSS and Lisrel; finally draws conclusions and discusses its management inspiration.Main conclusions of this paper are as follows:learning commitment, shared vision and open-mindedness are important dimensions of organizational learning; awareness ability, response ability and reconfiguration ability are important dimensions of dynamic capabilities; both organizational learning and dynamic capabilities can positively affect strategic change; organizational learning also can positively influence strategic change through dynamic capabilities; firms should propel organizational learning and dynamic capabilities actively in order to promote the implementation effects of strategic change, accelerating its pace and expanding its range.
