| In recent years,industrial architecture industry development is very rapid.But there have been many problems in development and the insufficiency,safety problem is particularly noteworthy.To say the security problems have severely restrict the development of industrial construction.Security problem of the most important or safety management personnel’s quality problem,because is the direct contact of the construction site safety management personnel,to understand problems existing in the field of more intuitive and comprehensive.Comprehensive quality good safety management personnel,not only can directly promote safe working performance,and to establish reasonable measures for the administration of the prevention and control the occurrence of various types of security incidents.But nowadays many enterprises can’t to solve the problems of safety management from the perspective of human resources.So this article through studies the competence and the relationship between the safety performance to have aimed at to improve the level of enterprise safety management.Based on SD engineering co.,LTD.,safety management work of the truth,first of all,in combination with \ "safety management competency\" concept related theory,through the design competency questionnaire to investigate the SD engineering co.,LTD.,safety management personnel,to the obtained data were analyzed,and the competence factors determine extracted,developed contains professional idea,knowledge,skills and personal qualities four dimensions and 16 indexes competency model;Usingthe analytic hierarchy process(AHP)concluded that there are differences between the four dimensions of competency model the influence is,skills and personality dimensions of the model have a larger impact.Second,using statistical analysis software,the competency and performance management of the relevant data analysis,analysis of competency model four dimensions are linked to task performance and accident prevention performance were positively correlated.Personality dimensions and task performance and accident prevention performance of the highest correlation coefficient,explain personality dimensions in the competence of safety management performance indicators in four dimensions is more influential.Finally,according to the results of the analysis put forward targeted promotion,director of security of competencies and work performance. |
