In recent years, the companies pay more attention to production safety, that make the corporate safety culture construction much more important, the corporate safety culture is an important part of the corporate culture, that is a new project to the safety production in safety sciences,that is an important project to prevent accident in the modern enterprise management. As the lead position in the global machine tool market the Shenyang Machine Tool Group, that is the important supporting enterprises to revitalize the northeast old industrial base,that is an important enterprise to provide national security strategy and equipment. Therefore to research the safety production culture construction of the Shenyang Machine Tool Group that has a great significance to enhance the safety production management and reduce the production accidents,that also has a great significance to the stability of the entire northeast old industrial base production safety situation.The status of safety culture in the construction of the Shenyang Machine Tool Group, use the mode operation and methods of the enterprise management, business philosophy, the collective consciousness and so on. By drawing on existing domestic and international practices and examples of typical enterprise analysis, and combined with the status of safety culture in the construction of the Shenyang Machine Tool Group,and pointed out that the current problems, then proposed the perfect program of the Shenyang Machine Tool safety culture building, and proposed protection measures for implementation of the program, provide important reference to promote the Shenyang Machine Tool Group’s corporate safety culture construction.
