| The rapid development of GDP leads to fast and sustaining growth of the output in construction industry that safety issues of building construction become more and more prominent. From this point of view, safety responsibility should be placed at first. The security manager of construction enterprises faced the construction site directly that they could have a better understanding of the constructive security risks. As a good security manager who not only can improve the quality of corporate security culture, but also make a reasonable evaluation of a series of dangerous factors of building constructive safety, which based on the science. Advanced methods of work and scientific approaches of management can be used to make plans to avoid risks. However, confronting with the security problems of construction, most of constructive companies fail to deal with the problems professionally which exist in securely productive management of human resource development and management.The paper, based on the situation of secure management of constructive companies came up with a concept of security management competency according to series of relevant theory. And then safety managers are surveyed with designed questionnaire of response competency and build a competency model of constructive enterprise with SPSS operate statistical and information analysis.Extracting indicator being able to reflect the competency factor to obtain the security managers force model which of qualified constructive enterprises. Build a matrix structure the matrix structure according to the collected data to conduct a comprehensive assessment to model index of competency and determine the dimensions of competence and degree of importance of each indicator by AH P.With the further study of context of constructive safety management work out the relations between competency and safety efficiency. The first step is to analyze competency and efficiency of safety management of the company with SPSS software according to the collected data reflecting them. The second step is to undertake the relative analysis and regression analysis for enterprise security management competence and performance by SPSS analysis software according to the collected models of competence and safety performance data. The third step is further demonstrating the reliability and validity of evaluation system to obtain the relational model of competence and safety performance and find the significant factors of them. Finally, the article put the questions about how to improve the competence of security managers and the safety performance, offering the concrete ways and means to improve the securely constructive manager’s competence levels and safety management performance. |
