Research On The Impact Of Grassroots Safety Leadership On Safety Performance In Building Construction

With the development and progress of safety science,the traditional leadership management model can no longer meet the needs of construction enterprises.Safety leadership has gradually become the new focus of enterprise management personnel to improve safety management.Many studies have also proved that improving safety leadership Role and significance,but there is still a lack of research on grassroots security leadership.Grassroots safety leaders are on the front line of safety management,and their leadership is a direct manifestation of the effectiveness of safety management within the enterprise.It explores the mechanism of grassroots safety leadership on safety performance,improves safety management of construction enterprises,and strengthens safety leadership at the grassroots Construction is of great significance.This article summarizes the research on safety leadership theory,safety performance and other related aspects,summarizes the accident cause theory,social information processing theory and planned behavior theory,and defines the concepts of grassroots safety leadership and safety performance.Discussed the mechanism of the influence of safety leadership at the grassroots level on safety performance,and divided the safety leadership at the grassroots into four dimensions: safety control,safety skills,safety relationships,safety incentives,and selected the accident reduction rate as the safety performance evaluation index.Safety atmosphere and safety behavior are used as intermediary variables to conduct quantitative research,establish an impact relationship model and propose hypotheses.Design and distribute questionnaires,use SPSS19.0 to remove the measurement indicators that do not meet the requirements;perform reliability and validity tests and confirmatory factor analysis on the formal questionnaires,and use Amos22.0 to establish structural equations on the basis of the analysis results meeting the requirements Model,empirical research on the impact relationship model.The results show that grass-roots security leadership has a significant positive impact on security performance,of which security control has the most significant impact on security performance;both security atmosphere and security behavior have an intermediary role,and the mediating role of security atmosphere is stronger than security behavior,The influence of security behavior under chain mediation is stronger than that under single mediation.According to the research results,relevant suggestions and measures are put forward in terms of improving the control of grass-roots security managers on security management,strengthening the construction of security atmosphere,and focusing on the cultivation of managers' non-power management.
