China tobacco business,as a special business monopolized by the government,carries out a system of “unified leading,line management and exclusive sale”,lacking a complete performance management system.Since China's economy enters into the stage of the New Normal,the primary task for the tobacco business is to appropriately get knowledge of the New Normal,to actively adapt to it and positively lead it,in order to promote the implementation of modern enterprise management in CQ Tobacco Corporation.Therefore,the upgrading of management could enhance the core competitiveness.In recent years,CQ tobacco for the maintenance of national interests,safeguarding the interests of consumers,to ensure that the level of goals on the cigarette to achieve,explore,establish performance management system,to achieve the planning,evaluation,application,continuous improvement of virtuous circle,Departments and staff personal performance.Based on the theory of performance management,the author puts forward the research contents and methods,elaborates the thinking and concrete frame of the research,analyzes the present situation and the deficiency of the CQ tobacco company employee performance management system,analyzes the management target,Put forward the optimization design scheme of the performance management system,optimize the objectives,framework and ideas,combined with practical,practical application of improved programs and safeguards.
