Analysis On The Risk Change Of Beef Cattle Breeding And Its Influencing Factors

Beef industry is an important part of China's livestock industry,China after the reform and opening up to join the WTO,with the development of the economy people's living standards,the people of beef and beef products from quantity to quality demand gradually increased and improved.Beef farming practitioners face the risk of market farming during the breeding process,the sustained and stable development of beef cattle breeding industry has a vital practical significance to the country's economy,but at present our country to avoid and prevent the risk of beef cattle breeding market strategy is not perfect.This paper mainly uses statistical analysis,literature analysis and mean-variance analysis,analyzes the cost and profit condition and change trend of the beef cattle breeding market in China from 1995 to 2015.In accordance with the relevant risks and risk management theory and the theory of animal husbandry,this paper researches market risk situation of beef cattle breeding,change trend and its influencing factors,for the related subjects on the beef cattle industry chain and preparation of beef cattle breeding industry investment potential investors to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis,and to help them improve the prevention and control of risk and the strain capacity,as well asgovernment departments in the development of agricultural risk prevention and control policies to provide countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly elaborates the research background and the research significance.The second part is the exposition of the concepts of risk and market risk and its application theory.The third part is the analysis of China's nearly 20 years,beef cattle breeding market risk connotation and its changes.This paper analyzes the historical changes of beef cattle market risk,and the basic causes of beef cattle market risk by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of market risk of beef cattle breeding;on the other hand,the risk measurement is put forward according to the causes of the risk of breeding market.The fourth part is the analysis of the risk factors of beef cattle breeding market,analyzing the changes in the market risk of beef cattle breeding from the aspects of beef cattle supply and demand,feed supply,supply and demand of piglets,prevention and control of epidemic diseases and international market changes.The fifth part is based on the analysis of three or four parts to improve the risk of beef cattle breeding market and to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that China's beef cattle breeding market risk is low,and the domestic demand for beef cattle is gradually increasing,suitable for farmers to continue to invest in the industry.It is suggested that farmers should strive to scale and standardize their operations and actively participate in cooperative economic organizations.Government should strengthen infrastructure construction,increase risk subsidies,set the beef cattle breeding industry policy insurance products,and regulate the beef cattle breeding market.
