With development of China's economy, improvement of people's income and living quality, more and more people become to focus on safety and quality of livestock products .In order to solve the safety of food quality problem, this thesis mainly studies and solves four links and problems which are nutrition supply, estimated weight vivo, economic benefit evaluation, and data management.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1.In order to make sure the quality security of the beef cattle nutrition supply.In thesis, combining with the computer technology, animal nutrition technology and feed science, feed nutrient formula module was designed.It was based on the industry standard published by the Agricultural Ministry of the People's Republic of China in 2004. Beef cattle formula was ordered to meet demand of nutrient factor including Nemf, CP, Ca, P, RND. Beef cattle nutrient formula mathematical model was established for minimum cost of dietary fomula. Optimal solution of fuzzy LP was achieved by simplex method, it was included fuzzy minimum cost and optimum formula, and nutrient formula module was developed based on it.Using 300kg and 450kg beef cattle as example, results of formula average error were 2.679% and 2.398%, price of dietary fomula was 1.15 yuan/kg and 1.21yuan/kg, these results of formula is a great satisfaction.2.In this thesis, Simmental crossbred from HaoYue Group was taken as study object, estimated weight of beef cattle was realized as taget, computer image processing technology was used to analyze beef cattle image.The main results are as follows:(1)In this thesis median filtering and mean filtering were adopted to remove noise. It was found that median filtering was much better, and the edge information of it was more distinct, so median filtering was choosed to process imge.(2)Through comparing of edge detection effect among Roberts operator,Prewitt operator,Sobel operator and LOG operator, LOG operator processing results show that the image edge was distinct and the whole brightness was moderate, so it was used to detecte imadge edge, and it can implement automatic edge detection.(3)The actual error of estimated weight was 4.81%. T test was applied in actual error and permissible error in theory, P value was 0.003 which was less than 1%. Therefor, actual error was less than permissible error in theory, beef cattle estimated weight can be achieved by using computer image processing technology.3.In this thesis, seven variables including purchasing cost, feeding cost, sales profit, workshop depreciation cost, anti-epidemic cost, labor cost and so on were used to express beef cattle individual economic benefit, and cariteria system of variables which beef cattle individual economic benefit reserching needed was established. Through NCSS and using principal components analysis method, three principal component score functions F1, F2 and F3 were developed. Feeding economic benefit cariteria was represented by liner combining function of the three principal components. Whole information of seven variables were expressed by mathematical model that choosed.4. In this thesis, SQL Server2000 database store method and computer programming language were combined. Using VisualC++6.0 and message-driven mode, system operation was implemented. Combining with animal nutrition and feed science and image analysis technology, beef cattle supply chain information system was developed.The system is composed of following function module:①Database module: including living beef cattle feeding information module, living beef cattle breed information data bank, living beef cattle individual information data bank, living beef cattle cost information data bank, quarantine staff data bank, living beef cattle in house data bank, system registration module.②Feed nutrient formula module: formulation calculation module, nutrtion standard module, raw material database module , output of fomulation module and system help manual③Beef cattle estimated weight moduel: it was composed of image analysis part, contour extraction part and comprehensive calculation part.④Beef cattle economic benefit module:NCSS was called in order to analyze datas and constructe models⑤System help module: including variety and feeding management module, beef cattle variety information module, image information module and network consulting module, it can be self-selected by users according to practical problems.Through operation test,the system achieved the design requirements, operation is stable, data management is safe and reliable .
