Suggestion And Comment On Present Developing Status Of The Beef Cattle Industry Of Ji' An Prefecture In Jiangxi Province

Ji'an prefecture, Jiang xi province is one of the two cattle area, both cattle herds and slaughter has an important position in Jiang xi province. In recent years, Ji'an beef cattle industry has been developed rapidly, but there are also some problems. This method by theoretical analysis and field research combined with the status of beef cattle industry development in Ji'an prefecture were analyzed, in order to promote the healthy development of beef cattle industry in Ji'an prefectureThe main research object of this study is Sanyang cattle farming households, family type enterprises, beef cattle, beef cattle slaughtering and processing enterprises, the seller terminal consumers and government departments. The research contents mainly include:macro and micro environment for the development of Ji'an beef industry; the development of beef cattle industry in Ji'an prefecture' s advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and potential threats; development of Ji'an beef industry production, operation and management mode of innovation and development; Ji'an prefecture in 2014 and summarized the breeding cows propagation after the implementation of the project on beef cattle breeding effect analysis.Research results:(1) the natural environment of Ji'an prefecture and the geographical condition is superior, adjacent to the coastal prefecture, the advantage is obvious, with a further development of beef industry conditions.(2) Ji'an local cattle is one of the excellent local varieties in China, is the biggest prefecture of cattle in Jiang xi Province, with the development of beef cattle industry base of good forage resources, adequate herds of breeding cows.(3) Ji'an municipal government for cattle enterprises to provide low interest,interest free loans and other financial support policies, focus on the implementation of beef cattle insurance, there are 7 counties in Jiang xi province was included in the cattle cow propagation project counties, the Provincial Department of agriculture to increase policy support, and promote the development of beef cattle industry in Ji'an, the policy effect is good.(4) the beef industry exists in Ji'an breeding conservation awareness. The feed system model structure of a single, veterinary epidemic prevention system is not complete,disease threatening, weak technology and other disadvantages.Policy recommendations:(1) government departments to further increase the beef industry to support efforts to further provide more convenient and cheap interest free loans and other financial support to accelerate the implementation of insurance products, beef cattle and cow subsidy project.(2) to strengthen the supervision of beef consumption market,perfect quality guarantee system construction.(3) to further increase the protection measures of the excellent local varieties-- Ji'an cattle, as soon as possible to establish conservation farms.(4) to strengthen the wasteland grass resource utilization and accelerate the development of modern grassland construction, artificial grass cattle, cattle breeding mode of grass-- modern cattle-- biogas-- organic fertilizer, vegetable, fruit,grass, and innovative development model of beef cattle.(5) accelerate the construction and development of beef cattle industry in the whole industry chain, relying on scientific and technological progress, promote the development of cattle industry.
