Process Reengineering Of Material Purchasing Management Of R Shipbuilding Enterprises Based On Cost Control

Due to the deterioration of the ship's situation in recent years,after more than 20 years of rapid development of China's shipbuilding industry,especially after the explosive development in 2000.Some experience has been accumulated,also accumulated and hided a lot of problems.A lot of small and medium-sized shipyard has been overwhelmed.Reports of bankruptcy or restructuring within the industry are often reported in the newspaper.Procurement as the main cost of shipbuilding links.Need to control the perspective of cost control,combing the procurement system,play and dig the value of the supply chain,complete management system process reengineering,the software and hardware upgrade,corner overtaking when the ship is in the bottom.This paper describes the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,has analyzed the correspondence between the total material cost and purchasing composition and control system,summarized and analyzed the actual purchasing cost of R ship enterprises.Has induced procurement management system level causes of the problem,and analyzed the procurement management system,and then influence factors of the procurement system design.To verify the feasibility of reconstructing the system,so that the system can be successfully implemented in the end,In the paper,according to the paper design of the procurement system.Having already run the activities of procurement cost control operation of R company 64KBC project began from the ship business negotiation.Compared with the past,there is an improvement in essence,and it has verified its effectiveness.Due to the limitations of R company actual operating conditions,we will continue to implement and improve the system in the application of J shipping enterprises in the future.It is used as an example to support the process reengineering in this paper.
