Human resources management becomes more and more important in the strategic development,organizational construction as well as operation management.As the basic function of human resources management,the importance of staff training is very important.Owing to a lot of practical action,many enterprises gradually formed a relatively perfect system of training management system,and accumulated rich training management experience.However,the demand of the enterprise strategy becomes higher than before,as a result,the enterprise training management must keep on being improved to ensure the performance of training work.AL company now is in the stage of strategic transformation,planning to develop new real business.How to improve the training management to ensure the performance of training work as well as the strategic transformation of the company,is one key problem need to solve.Therefore,this paper actively explores the optimization of training management of AL company guided by the theory of training management.Firstly,this paper studies the theory,method and application of training management at both home and abroad to guide the research of this subject.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis,found that the current employee training performance and training satisfaction problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of training management,problems are mainly reflected in the training needs survey,training plan,training implementation and training evaluation.Then combined with the development strategy and operational management needs of AL company,based on the structural decomposition of training activities,the eight recommendations of training management optimization are put forward on training needs survey,training program management,training curriculum management,instructor management,training implementation,students management and training evaluation.Finally,the security measures of training management optimization scheme are proposed.Through the systematic training management optimization,Both the training performance and the internal satisfaction of training could be improved,and create value to both human resources management and strategic development support for al company.
