Human resource management is one part of project management, and training is one way to improve staff skills in human resource management. From the point of project management, this article will take research on training, get a reasonable and effective training model for new staff base on special feature of software outsourcing company.The feature of traditional training model is, first, to get a training requirement analysis from enterprise developing and clients'requirement, based on these analysis, get the training requirement. Second, make sure the training aim and then make a training plan, the training plan should include training content, training time, trainer, trainee, training methods. And then start the training activities, at last, get feedback from training, analysis the experiences of this activity, get the reference for next training. The disadvantage of this model is training requirement analysis is not enough, it will affect training activity and effect. The training can't get control and evaluation on time, it may affect the whole impact of training.Be directed against the disadvantage of traditional training model, this article will improve it, construct a reasonable and effective training model for new staff base on special feature of software outsourcing company.The new model includes below models: base on training requirement analysis, fix the training requirement. Make a reasonable training plan, raise the detailed aim and action frame. Draw up a thorough training plan, make sure how to implement training aim by special context, method, strategy, medium, train teachers, form, process and so on. Arrange training activities carefully, implement the process base on the direction and path on design and development phase. Evaluate the training impression seriously, check out whether the real result is similar as the expected result, revise these two until they are matching. The advantage of this training system model is, first, it analyzes the relationship between enterprise strategy and customer, it has compared with the current situation, and then launch collecting training requirement, it can make sure the requirement according with strategy, full fill the customer requirement, after get the requirement very exactly, then construct training system, it can optimize training process, make sure the training activities according with requirement. The model step up training onto enterprise strategy lay, make training activity can not only develop the ability of employee and solve the problem ,but also enhance organizing capability and support developing strategy,Software outsourcing company create perfect training system based on corporation development, use effective steps to consummate training work be dead against training problems, in order to keep up the morale, depress turnover rate, economize enterprise cost, then finally get ahead of competitor and gain business superiority.
