Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,with the rapid development of the electronic industry and the gradual decline of China's demographic dividend,the cost of recruiting from outside is increasing,the cost of training new employees is also increasing,and the phenomenon of labor shortage frequently occurs in electronic manufacturing enterprises.It is an effective way to overcome the shortage of employees and increase the benefits of enterprises,which is tapping the potential of internal employees and improving their comprehensive quality.How to improve the internal training management level of enterprises to achieve the above objectives needs to be explored and summarized.The purpose of this thesis is to take HS company as the research object,analyze the problems which exists in the training and management of HS company,find out the reasons,and formulate countermeasures,so as to provide system guarantee and talent guarantee for the production and management activities and strategic development of HS company.Through literature collection,reality understanding,inductive statistics,questionnaire survey and interviews(individual interviews and group interviews)and other research methods,the current situation and shortcomings of training management in HS company was analyzed in this thesis.The incomprehensive survey of training needs,unclear training aim,lagging transformation,single training evaluation form and insufficient validity still exist in the current training management of HS company,these needs to improve and perfect.By consulting the related research theories of employee training management in enterprises and combining with the present situation of human resources and training management in HS company,this thesis put forward the improvement measures of employee training in HS company.Firstly,the demand for employee training in five aspects was improved,which contained strategic objectives,organizational resources,organizational climate,employee's career planning and external environment.Secondly,the selection of training courses was taken into account the versatility and diversity in the process of training organization implementation,and the teaching methods of courses were diversified.In addition,teacher system was excavated and trained internally in HS company.Fourthly,the Coriolis model was used to improve the evaluation system of the company and to increase the evaluation of the behavior layer and the result layer after the training.In addition,the career planning of the staff should be promoted from the training point of view,and HS company staff education system and process were established,also staff self-improvement and self-realization were encouraged.At the same time,the smoothly implementation of the improvement measures were ensured from five aspects in HS Company:strengthening the cultivation of strategic corporate culture,improving the management functions of human resources departments,improving the training management system,upgrading and perfecting the online management E system,and improving the incentive and monitoring mechanism.Based on the electronic manufacturing company HS,the improvement countermeasures and measures of its training management were studied in this thesis.It can not only promote the progress of training management in HS company,but also provide reference for other domestic manufacturing enterprises,especially electronic manufacturing enterprises.
