At present,with the rapid development of world economic globalization and China's market economy system,China's enterprises are facing competition increasingly,enterprises focus more on the enterprise organizational structure and management standardized and scientific,and enterprises understand the importance of corporate strategic objectives and sustainable development.In order to achieve the strategic development of enterprises,enterprises must change the development model,reform the management system,pursuit the product innovation,research and explore scientific management,sustainable development of enterprise management methods continuously.Balanced Scorecard has been widely used in the modern enterprise performance management,and the scientific performance management method is helpful to improve the ability of enterprises.Railway transport enterprises as an important field of transportation industry in China,also should keep pace with the times,combined with the actual situation of enterprises' effective use of the balanced scorecard strategic performance management,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes SZ Station as a template,mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the theory part;this part mainly introduces the domestic and foreign literature review and related theory.The second part is the present situation analysis part,mainly is the description and analysis of the current performance evaluation method of SZ Station,especially to evaluate the current performance appraisal methods the station,summed up its shortcomings,and put forward the necessity and feasibility of introducing the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system.The third part is about the SZ Station in the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal system construction,through the analysis of the SZ Station of the internal and external environment,determine the strategic objectives of the station,on this basis,describe the strategy map for the station,and determine the evaluation index,using AHP to determine the weight of performance appraisal index,as the station constructs the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal system.The last part is the implementation and guarantee of the performance evaluation system of the Balanced Scorecard of SZ Station,mainly explains the specific implementation steps of the assessment system,and provides the supporting measures for its effective implementation.
