With the change of industry environment and the intensification of market competition,the importance of performance appraisal is increasingly prominent.From the current research,scholars have done some research on performance appraisal and balanced scorecard.Whether a company can develop steadily and rapidly,the application of a performance appraisal system in line with the actual situation of the company plays a crucial role.The balanced scorecard provides a new guiding principle for this kind of performance appraisal work with practical requirements.The balanced scorecard can systematically and comprehensively reflect the working status of all employees of the company,formulate the strategic development plan through the status of each employee,and carry out the strategic vision of the company to all departments and employees from all aspects and links.This article mainly aims at sea wisdom decoration company in xinjiang based on the balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system design study,using interview method to obtain the relevant materials,through case analysis carefully analyzing the current situation of company’s existing performance appraisal,and found that the working performance appraisal is performance appraisal goal is not clear,the lack of communication,performance indicators design unreasonable low staff participation,evaluation process,feedback enforcement application,the assessment results is not comprehensive enough.On this basis,combining with the wisdom decoration company actual situation in xinjiang is designed based on balance make points card system of performance appraisal means rods from the balanced scorecard financial internal business customers and learning and growth four dimensions to choose reasonable and determine the weight of index,to evaluate the application effect of performance appraisal system,and respectively from the aspects of organization,culture,system running security measures,to ensure that xinjiang sea decoration company performance appraisal work smoothly.
