In the era of knowledge economy,the enterprises' competition essence is knowledge innovation ability of competition,and the carrier of the knowledge innovation of enterprise is knowledge workers,knowledge workers therefore become an important resource for enterprises' competitiveness.The stronger the innovation ability of knowledge workers,the more obvious the ability of the enterprise to obtain the advantage position in the market competition.Therefore,can strategic human resource management improve the performance of knowledge workers? Under the environment of strategic human resource management,how to improve the performance of knowledge workers is a key issue for the realization of organizational strategy.For the research of this problem,it has both theoretical significance and practical guidance.The structure of this dissertation are as follows: This paper is structured as follows: in the first part,this paper introduces the background,research object and research significance,then introduces the framework of this study;the second part,firstly,this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,then introduces the strategic human resource management,the connotation and characteristics of strategic human resources management mode,objectives and functions.Then,this paper introduces the concept of knowledge workers and its performance,and describes the performance evaluation of knowledge workers.Then the paper expounds the factors that affect the performance of knowledge workers,and finally introduces the effect mechanism of strategic human resource management on the performance of knowledge workers.The third part,It puts forward an empirical study between the influence of strategic human resource management and the performance of knowledge workers,this paper firstly puts forward four hypotheses of strategic human resource management and knowledge employee specific performance,and then analyzes the effect of 5 control variables,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and then continue to regression analysis linear 7 aspects of strategic human resource management and4 aspects of performanceof knowledge employees.Forthe results of regression analysis of the 4 hypothesis there is a positive relationship between strategic human resource management and knowledge workers' basic quality,task performance,relationship performance and future performance.In order to measuring the overall level of human resources management strategy to influence the overall performance of the knowledge workers,the test items ofperformance of knowledge staff and the test itemsofthe strategic human resource management were factor analysis,through the two factor scores to reflect the enterprise strategic human resource management level and knowledge worker total performance,respectively.Finally It puts forward the regression analysis.In the fourth part the conclusion is drawn that the higher the level of strategic human resource management,the higher the performance of knowledge workers,then It puts forward some inspiration and countermeasures of strategic human resource management to improve the performance of knowledge workers.
