In the era of knowledge economy,the creativity of knowledge workers has won strong competitiveness for company.But at the same time,the company is in the unpredictable market environment,it also needs the prospective behavior of the knowledge workers to predict the risks that the company will face inside and outside the environment.Therefore,from the perspective of commitment and control human resource management practice,this paper discusses how to effectively use the human resource management practice management knowledge workers to inspire their prospective behavior.Based on the analysis of a large number of literatures,four hypotheses are proposed on the effect of human resource management practice on the prospective behavior of knowledge workers aimed at individuals and organizations with the regulated variable of organizational support sense.Collecting data by the survey of questionnaires,by descriptive statistics on the required samples,using correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis and regulatory effects,and draws the following conclusions: both the commitment and the control human resource management practice had a significant positive correlation with the knowledge workers' prospective behavior,while the organizational support sense played a negative role in the control human resource management practice in knowledge workers prospective behavior,that is,the stronger the organizational support sense in the practice of control human resource management,the more prospective behavior of knowledge workers will be inspired Finally,based on the above research results,this paper obtains the enlightenment of managing knowledge workers and puts two management countermeasures respectively from the two perspective of constructing commitment human resource management system and building organizational support atmosphere,so as to inspire knowledge workers to show prospective behavior and obtain continuous competitiveness for company.
