With the rapid development of international environment and globalization in our country,more and more foreign companies come to China to explore the market.The Korean companies begin to realize the potential of Chinese market since 1992,when the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and China.Therefore,they expand their investment.At present,the Korean companies opening Chinese market account for half the companies who explore overseas market.As the trade partners,the economic relation between China and Korea is closer and closer.In order to become a real global company in the fierce competition,one company not only has accurate understanding of the Chinese management system but also excel at human resource management.As a large food-processing Korean company in Qingdao,YLD Food Co.Ltd.is facing many opportunities and challenges.How to optimize the human resource management system and improve the level of human resource management has become a crucial problem.This thesis takes YLD Company as the research object,which will be divided into the six parts.The aims of the thesis are to improve human resource management level of YLD Company,increase the economic benefits.I hope the thesis can become a beneficial reference material for other Korean companies.The first part describes the background and significance of this thesis,reviews the research status at home and abroad about the human resources management,and introduce the paper’s research content and study method.the second part mainly introduces the basic theory of human resource management and expounds the connotation,characteristics,significance and relevant content of human resources management.the third part states the development of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co.Ltd.and analyze the human resource management system and current situation from the recruitment,training,performance,salary and welfare and other aspects.The fourth part will research and analyze the Tiantai YLD Food Co.Ltd.in detail.The fifth part will find out the existing problems through the analysis of human resource management of Tiantai YLD Food Co.Ltd.and offer effective measures.the sixth part is a conclusion.The results of this research are summarized.The research findings on human resource management will benefit other Korean companies.
