As the economic globalization development,the operation pattern of large and medium-size enterprises had already changed from the single project management mode to multi-project management.For keeping business operating and expanding the scale,the company needed more and bigger projects.However,the more projects didn’t mean develop better.On the contrary,the company would take a bigger risk of project overload.The key of enterprise human resource management was expanding its scale by improving the staff’s job performance,and suppressing the intense human conflicts between multiple projects to avoid risk of project overload.Basing on ocean engineering industry as the research background and engineering designer under the multi-project situation as the research object,this article that all kinds of encouraging actions effected the employee’s job performance,and work stress adjusted this effect.By civil and foreign literature search and practical investigation,we got many incentives what influence the job performance firstly.Secondly,by the second questionnaire,these influence factors had been ranked on the base of their incidence.Four factors include d compensation strategy,leader-member exchange,distributive justice and empower,what ha d been selected as the influence variables.Because o f this research under the multi-project situation,the research model was ―Incentive-Performance‖ model that build with employees feeling the stress on work as the moderator variable of this research.The study conclusion was the four influence factors had a significant impact job performance,and the work stress acted as a significant moderator.By using the multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics analysis of the questionnaire sample,the results had been documented that when the employee feeling stress stronger,the positive influence on job performance more significant from the incentives.This study demonstrated using reasonable material,emotional,organizational and working motivation can improve job performance of the engineeri ng designers effectively.During the multi-project situation for a long time,the incentives should be adjusted according to the employee’s work pressure status.When the stress was too much,the company should promote incentive strength appropriately,tha t would have more obvious promoting effect on job performance.With the industry characteristics,this article provided a set of human resources management theoretical method for multi-project management of ocean engineering enterprise.This method should be checking by practice.
