ERP system is an effective tool to improve the level of business.With the integration of the world economy,if Shenhua Group to go abroad to the international market,it must implement the ERP system.However,the implementation of the ERP system is not sure of success,which will be some risk.How do these risks be identified and responded and monitored? Based on the relevant theory,this paper studies the risk management of Shenhua Port Company ERP project by using analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the overall risk of ERP projects in port companies is at a high level.Specific research as follows:Firstly,the first-level risk factors of ERP project are identified by using the method of risk breakdown structure: personnel risk,technical risk,organizational risk and project management risk.At this level,further decomposition,to identify the existence of the secondary and tertiary risk factors.Secondly,the degree of impact and probability on the secondary and tertiary risk factors are estimated by expert scoring method.Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the risk factor values of each level and the overall risk value of the project are calculated from the bottom up.The results show that the overall risk value of the port company ERP is 40.84 at a high level,which need to take some risk coping strategies.Finally,the risk early warning conditions are put forward for each risk factor,so that the project members can observe the risk occurrence and take measures in advance.In order to guarantee the successful implementation of risk monitoring,this paper puts forward six suggestions to ensure the implementation of risk monitoring.
