Industrialtourismhas its own particularity,combining the characteristics of the bothindustry and tourism,which requires a professional team. Most of the current domestic industrial tourism projects employees are reassigned or part-time, but the staffs of the enterprise basically do not have professional skills for this job. So professional training is needed.The aim of this essay is to design the training system for the H Company in order to resolve the problems of H company and further deepen the researchfield of industrial tourism.H Company, as the biggest dairy enterprise in northeast China, developed industry travel to promote its own brand. Like the other enterprises, H Company also employs workers from other positions or part-time workers who need training for this project. This essay summarizes five problems of the H Company's employee training system on the basis of researching on the employee's current situation and training system of H Company's industry travel project.To solve these problems, the writer started to design the questionnaire, and formulate interview outline, and carried on a thorough research for H company industrial tourism employees. Combined with the research results, including the company present situation, the project situationand employee's information such as material, job analysis, personnel analysis and data analysis, this essay is to identify the H company industrial tourism training needs of employees and construct the training system. In the construction of training system, the first step is to establish the training system, determine the training objectives, then design the training courses and training planand finally determine the internal trainer management methods. H company industrial tourism staff training system is a long-standing, and constantly optimized system, which has a series of security in the process of implementing.This essay probes into the implementation of the training security from four aspects: the ideological guarantee, organization guarantee, system guarantee, teachers and staffs' guarantee.
