The research object of this paper is a newly developed tourism company in recent years.The company's business involves the management and planning of a field tourist attraction.For T company,because it is a new company,the investment is large,the output is small,and the mobility of personnel is large.Therefore,professional training of employees is an effective way for enterprises to save costs and improve operations.Based on literature research and sample interviews,this paper first understands the current training system implemented by the company,as well as the current employee satisfaction and expectations for corporate training,identifies the problems existing in the current human resource management,proposes research hypotheses,and forms a training needs survey.Questionnaire,then,in T-tourism company to issue questionnaires and conduct data analysis,I hope to use Twenty-Tourism to design an effective training system through the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis.In order to effectively establish the T company travel company training system,the first step is to use the questionnaire survey method and interview method to determine the needs of the company's various employees,followed by the development of implementation training from the perspectives of new employees,grassroots employees,middle-level employees and senior employees.In the end,the Kirk Patrice training effect evaluation model is used to evaluate the training effect of T company.The specific evaluation process is also carried out from the aspects of new employees,grassroots employees,middle-level employees and senior employees.In order to realize the smooth implementation of T-Tourist's employee training system,organizational security,system security and material security should also be strengthened.The following conclusions can be reached from the research in this paper: 1.The human resource structure of T Tourism Company does not match the development strategy of the company.The implementation of the company strategy often requires professional talents with rich experience to take responsibility,but from the human resources structure of T Tourism Company.Looking at the lack of experience and professional skills of employees,it is difficult to smoothly advance the company's development strategy.2.T Tourism Company lacks a training system.This paper has a preliminary understanding of the training status of T Tourism Company through sample interviews and questionnaires.Through analysis,it is found that T Tourism Company lacks a training system.3.T Tour Company can only improve the overall quality of employees by establishing a perfect training system.This paper uses the Kirk Patrice training effect evaluation model and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct a scientific evaluation of the training effect of employees,and finds that the training system established by T Tourism Company It can be effective to improve the professional skills and professional ethics of employees,and is of great significance to promote their long-term development.4.T-Tourist company staff training is inseparable from the support of various safeguard measures.This paper provides guarantee conditions for the smooth implementation of the training system from three aspects: organizational guarantee,system guarantee and material security,so that the training system is more perfect and feasible.
