DX company,which is a member of F Group Company from Germany,is combined with functions of dialyzer medical care production research,manufacture and sales together.Because of the industrial and position setting characters,it has high level requirement to employees'comprehensive ability,and is a knowledge-intensive enterprise.DX company make an acquisition of a Hong Kong DX company and located into C city if Jiangsu Province,and carried out their own production strategies.In recently years,DX company has made great achievements on production,quality and development scale,but the market competition and regulation requirement are also keep rising too.As the reason above,the lacking of DX company employee training has started to appear.The solution of training system diagnose,analysis and optimization,started to be one of the priority topics for DX company's training system operation.From healthcare industrial point of view,one of the importance of industrial competition is the staff comprehensive quality,the mainly indication are that the knowledge update fasting,quality control requirement rising and regulation requirement more district.DX company training system still has some defects:The training plan is simplex,not specified plan for specified employees;training resource,both hardware and software,lack of execution supporting and grantees;before and after training,lack of enough evaluation and analysis,training effect are neither visible nor obvious.The facts above required DX company to enhance the staff training work execution,improve the effect and construct the optimized training system.All actions above would improve the company's human resource quality comprehensively.This thesis based on the thinking guidance of staff training theories,also including methods of DX company internal documents query,questionnaire and employees interview,researched and analyzed DX company's staff training status and system,tried to figured out and mainly shortages of DX company' s staff training system:lack of complete training system organizing,incomplete implementation and demand analysis of the training plan,incomplete training contents,lack of variety of training system,incomplete evaluation of training effects and no link between the personal career plan and the staff training program.With the support and guidance of training theories,considering about the actual situation of DX company,this thesis analyzed the requirement;re-planned the staff training system,defined the goal setting,organization and procedure;optimized the training courses and assessment method.A close-loop training management system would be on forming.From training effect grantees point of view,this thesis issued up the research and planning about training teachers,supporting policies,and funding,tried to make sure that the staff training to achieve the best effect.
