Enhance and augment human capital comes mainly from two aspects:on the one hand, enterprises recruited from the market to achieve corporate personnel requirements; on the other hand, corporate training and development of existing employees. Recruiters from the market often can not reach the enterprise requirements. First, the market often does not have enough talent pool to meet the business requirements; Second, enterprises take a lot of market risk, for "airborne", the enterprise can be obtained from the market, but are often difficult to retain, to ensure "airborne " loyalty to corporate. Therefore, the training and development of employees become the main way of increasing the value of enterprise human capital.
