| In recent years.the development of e-commerce is very rapid, and indeed to the physical retail industry caused a huge impact. In such a context, many companies began to gradually transition to the 020 model. In this process, the transformation cannot do without massive funds for support, and the financial strategy is from the macro height of enterprises on the flow of funds and the use of the overall planning plan. Therefore, the study of 020 model in the transformation of corporate financial strategy has a special practical significance.This paper adopts the research methods of theoretical research, case analysis and SWOT analysis. Firstly, expounded the basic theories of financial strategy,SWOT analysis method; secondly, introduces the general situation of S company's industry background and S company; thirdly, the use of SWOT analysis on the financial strategy of S company are analyzed, the effectiveness of the relevant financial indicators for the financial strategy of S company evaluation. And,combined with the above analysis, the paper points out the problems of S company,and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, according to the previous theoretical analysis and the case analysis of S company, the relevant conclusions are drawn. Mainly as follows:(1) it is wise to think that the direction of S 020 transformation is in line with the background of the times.(2) the financial strategy of S company during the period of transition is a basic function strategy, which is in good agreement with the company strategy and business strategy during the transition period.(3) S company's financial strategy still has some shortcomings, such as: the capital structure is unreasonable,the cost is not strictly controlled.(4) in the course of' the transformation in the future, S company should pay attention to the optimization of financial strategy. Such as: reasonable adjustment of capital structure, reduce costs and expenses, etc.. |
